Argent Advanced Manufacturing
Specialty Aerospace Processes

The processes others decline.

Xometry, Protolabs, and Fictiv all publicly state they don’t quote spin forming, hot forming, or complex specialty processes — the risk profile and quote complexity don’t fit algorithmic pricing. We do the opposite. We manufacture photo chemical etching, spin forming, hot forming, hydroforming, and stamping for aerospace and defense programs where the part can’t be made any other way.

Sub-capabilities

Specialty processes we manufacture.

Photo chemical etching, spin forming, hot forming, hydroforming, stamping, and deep draw — the specialty processes that algorithmic platforms can't quote and most shops won't touch.

Process

From RFQ to delivered parts.

Specialty processes move slowly through commodity platforms because the work doesn't fit a quote button. We route to the qualified U.S. shops that still hold the certifications.

Step 01
Submit RFQ
Upload drawings, models, and spec callouts. ITAR-controlled data handled per protocol.
Step 02
Quote Returned
DFM review, supplier matching, capacity check. Quote includes standard and expedite lead time options.
Step 03
Production
Tooling design and shop matching. Forming dies, etching photomasks, or spin mandrels reviewed before production begins.
Step 04
Delivery + Docs
Parts delivered with FAI, dimensional reports, material certs, and full traceability. Tooling retained for follow-on orders.
