Argent Advanced Manufacturing
Aerospace Welding

AWS D17.1 fusion welding. Exotic alloys.

We manufacture AWS D17.1 fusion welding, GTAW/TIG, and Nadcap-accredited welding for aerospace and defense applications. Certified capacity is scarce in the US — we maintain pre-qualified relationships with the small number of shops that hold real AWS D17.1 certifications and can move them to the front of the queue when your program needs it.

Process

From RFQ to delivered parts.

A typical aerospace welding RFQ stalls because most shops can't hold AWS D17.1 Class A or won't take Inconel. We review the print, match the certified welder, and return a real quote with real dates.

Step 01
Submit RFQ
Upload drawings, models, and spec callouts. ITAR-controlled data handled per protocol.
Step 02
Quote Returned
DFM review, supplier matching, capacity check. Quote includes standard and expedite lead time options.
Step 03
Production
Routed to qualified shop. Process traveler, weld procedures, and inspection plan locked in.
Step 04
Delivery + Docs
Parts delivered with FAI, weld certs, NDE results, and full material traceability.
