We manufacture wire EDM, sinker EDM, and small-hole EDM for aerospace and defense applications where conventional machining hits its limits. Inconel, Hastelloy, hardened tool steel, refractory metals — EDM removes material without mechanical force, so geometry and hardness stop being constraints. Our manufacturing partners include shops other platforms decline to qualify because the risk profile and quote complexity are too high for algorithmic pricing.

From RFQ to delivered parts.

A typical aerospace EDM RFQ moves slowly because the buyer is chasing quotes from shops that can't hold tolerance or won't take exotic alloys. We do the work up front: review the print, match the partner, confirm capacity, and deliver a real quote with real dates.

Quote Returned
DFM review, supplier matching, capacity check. Quote includes standard and expedite lead time options.
Step 03
Production
Routed to qualified EDM shop. Electrode design, flush path, and burn schedule reviewed before production starts.

Delivery + Docs
Parts delivered with FAI, material certs, heat-affected zone documentation, and full traceability.
