Argent Advanced Manufacturing
Aerospace CNC Machining

5-axis CNC. Exotic alloys. Large format.

We manufacture 5-axis CNC, exotic alloy machining, large-format work, and Swiss screw production across a curated network of AS9100D-certified shops. Most aerospace CNC platforms route work to whichever shop quotes fastest. We route to whichever shop is right for the geometry, material, and tolerance — with engineering review on every quote and capacity tracking that lets us stay ahead of program-killing delays.

Process

From RFQ to delivered parts.

A typical aerospace CNC RFQ stalls because most shops can't hold tolerance on exotic alloys or won't take low-volume aerospace work. We do the work up front.

Step 01
Submit RFQ
Upload drawings, models, and spec callouts. ITAR-controlled data handled per protocol.
Step 02
Quote Returned
DFM review, supplier matching, capacity check. Quote includes standard and expedite lead time options.
Step 03
Production
Routed to qualified machine shop. Tooling, fixturing, and inspection plan reviewed by the shop’s programming team before chips fly.
Step 04
Delivery + Docs
Parts delivered with FAI per AS9102, dimensional reports, material certs, and full traceability documentation.
